Our story
Young professionals and students from Gayaza and the surrounding communities, meeting every Sunday to serve, learn and grow together as part of Rotary District 9213.
The Rotaract Club of Gayaza is a Rotaract club in Rotary District 9213, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Gayaza. We meet every Sunday at 4:00 PM at Eriot Recreation Centre in Gayaza.
Our members are students and young professionals. Between fellowships we take on service projects close to home — keeping girls in school through the HER PAD project, free medical camps, community clean-ups and visits to children's homes — and we join the wider Rotary family for district events such as the Rotary Cancer Run.
We also invest in each other: professional development sessions, mentorship series with neighbouring "corridor" clubs, and speakers from across the district.
